The first function of
marketing is analyzing the consumer, in front of their necessities. Likes,
preferences, wishes and consumer habits, behavior of purchase (where buy, when
buy, why buy) manners and attitudes.
COMPETITORS
ANALYSIS:
The second function of
marketing is analyzing the competitors, their location, objective public, turnover,
participation in the market, experience in the market, resources, capacity,
main strategies, competitive advantages, strengths, weaknesses.
This function consists in
analyzing the business environment, analyzing the internal situation,
setting marketing goals, designing strategies
and action plans.
1. ENVIROMETN
ANALYSIS: it consists of analyzing consumers,
companies and other external factors that could influence the company.
2. INTERNAL
SITUATION ANALYSIS: it consists of analyzing financial,
human, technological and material resources and capacity that the company
has.
3.SET MARKETING GOALS: it sets marketing goals give studies made and shows the company
aspirations.
4.DESIGN
MARKETING STRATEGIES: it Designs strategies in order to achieve the
objectives.
5. DESIGN ACTION
PLANS: They are design to specify the necessary steps to
implement the strategies, the resources to use, the responsible, times, budget
and investment required.
TO DESIGN MARKETING STRATEGY
1. This function
consists of making marketing strategies in order to achieve the
objectives.
This function consists of
practicing the marketing strategies proposals.
CONTROL AND
EVALUATION: Finally the function consists of being sure about which
marketing strategies are going to be implemented, also the action
plans and the staff responsible for the implementation those
are the most important elements in marketing.
