MARKETING



Marketing is the career that excites me, I feel that I unroll myself very well in it, also it is facilitated to me to have good  relationships with other people who work in this branch, which is indispensable for growing up as a marketing assistant, additionally I considere myself as a very comercial and creative person who has a lot of interest in learning more on the different needs of the consumers. Being employed at this field makes me things easier at the moment of doing those jobs related to my professional career, due to the fact that it develops commercial part, public relationships, creation of new products, publicity that has a vital importance to achieve a product is announced on the market. This career is provided with a very wide labor field in which we can find or create jobs through our own enterprises when we finish it, because studying as a maketing man/woman gives us the possibility to analyze the economic, medical, political, commercial market, and so on. Therefore, each of these branches needs one special strategy to be remembered and also that the business will be profitable.



One of the subjects that more I have liked studying in my career has been the international Marketing, because I have managed to learn the processes that are needed inside an exportation plan, also I have learned in this subject how customs, norms and politics ere needed to manage to take root a good or a service in a specific country, additionally learning on the tariff politics that exist in each of the countries and the importance of it in such a way that I could have known the interest of other countries towards the products of our big country Colombia.


THE BEST OF MY PROFESSION


I want to tell you about  the company which I am employed Nutresa, S.A, it ties very well with the concepts of my career and due to it, you will understand the reason which it facilitates me and why my study and work that I realize every day excites me a lot.





This company takes charge of the sale and food distribution of massive consumption, it is divided by brenches such as: Big chains, Self-services, Wholesalers and traditional; in which strategic consultancies are realized to its customers with the fortitude of which their sales could be promoted as a service that they give towards its final consumers, thus the company manages to make its customers  faithful with each of the strategies that it realizes to consolidate their enterprises on the market as an enterprise of big prestige and profitability at national level.




When talking about marketing at a general view all the activities that have for objective to generate and satisfy the demand through two strategies that I consider are the key in this career: researching and communication, because it is so important to use them and utilize different techniques in order to be efficient. The acts related to researching raise techniques that have reactions on the consumer’s knowledge and this knowledge represents a big opportunity to know them. The Objective of the researching srtrategy is to try to find the needs and thinking of the consumer, in some opportunities is needed to research about “what to do” to make the consumer accept or create that a necessity. The consumer making use of his liberty will find if the product or service offered are of his interest or useful to satisfy “anything”. A marketing manager knows how to design the strategies and trends to achieve and take actions to raise the initial objectives. Some companies currently use marketing very often, because they have found that helps to make them more competitive.


MARKETING FUNCTIONS
CONSUMER ANALYSIS:
The first function of marketing is analyzing the consumer, in front of their necessities. Likes, preferences, wishes and consumer habits, behavior of purchase (where buy, when buy, why buy) manners and attitudes.
COMPETITORS ANALYSIS:
The second function of marketing is analyzing the competitors, their location, objective public, turnover, participation in the market, experience in the market, resources, capacity, main strategies, competitive advantages, strengths, weaknesses.

PLANNING MARKETING:
This function consists in analyzing the business environment, analyzing the internal situation, setting marketing goals, designing strategies and action plans.
1.  ENVIROMETN ANALYSIS: it consists of analyzing consumers, companies and other external factors that could influence the company.
2. INTERNAL SITUATION ANALYSIS: it consists of analyzing financial, human, technological and material resources and capacity that the company has.
3.SET MARKETING GOALS: it sets marketing goals give studies made and shows the company aspirations.
4.DESIGN MARKETING STRATEGIES: it Designs strategies in order to achieve the objectives.
5. DESIGN ACTION PLANS: They are design to specify the necessary steps to implement the strategies, the resources to use, the responsible, times, budget and investment required.

TO  DESIGN MARKETING STRATEGY
1.      This function consists of making marketing strategies in order to achieve the objectives.
IMPLEMENTATION MARKETING STRATEGIES
This function consists of practicing the marketing strategies proposals.


CONTROL AND EVALUATION: Finally the function consists of being sure about which marketing strategies are going to be implemented, also the action plans and the staff responsible for the implementation those are the most important elements in marketing.

It’s a tool that each businessman must know, this talks about behavioral analysis of the consumers and market. The marketing analyzes the companies’ commercial mission and its objective is to capture, keep loyalty and satisfy consumers’ necessities.
Philip Kotler is known like marketing’ father around the world, in the last 40 years he has been recognized for his jobs because it talks about the most important tools and companies which marketing strategies are practiced.

KIND OF MARKETING:
- MARKETING ON LINE: it is the use of tools.
-  NEUROMARKETING: it is the application of neuroscience tecnics to analyze human brain behavior in front of stimulus.
 -   SOCIAL MARKETING: it Studies the change of attitude within the organization, creating promotion strategies through social work, positioning the brand.
 - GREEN MARKETING: it promotes some products that care the environment.
 - EXPERIMENTAL MARKETING:  it tries to creates situations around the purchase of a product (before. during, and after the purchase), doing use of senses.
-  INTEGRAL AUDIENCE:  it tries to gather at the same campaign combined strategies the all means which a target audience can be in contact.
